To start, I would like to clear up a little misconception about the last post. The posted date says May 4, because that is when I first started writing. I actually posted it only a week ago. So we really are back in full force Jenn!
That said, I would like to take a moment to pity myself. I am so lonely! There are always people around lately, but every one of them would trample me to the floor in order to get to Heather. Receding to the shadows, that's what it really means to be a new parent. But I guess I can't blame you. I'd punch any one of you in the mouth if you tried to stop me from getting to my little girl. True story.
From the instant she was born (and long before, for that matter) Heather has been loved by many people. There's proud Papa:
..and Nana.

Here's Grandpa:

..and Grandma.

Also with us on the day of Heather's birth were her Aunty Megan and Uncle Mick, and Aunty Molly and Uncle Greg. Molly was kind enough to drive Allison, and my drunk ass, to the hospital that morning. Greg was kind enough to sleep in late since I could not and keep an eye on the dogs. Grandma Carolyn was already there when we arrived. Thank you all so much.

Al and I kind of like her too. That's it for now. And of course I am only joking about the *sniff* severe loneliness. Please come see Heather and ignore me any time you like.
i stand by my not in full force comment, this is (earmuff the baby) bullshit! more updates are necessary to actually call this an actual blog!
